At Skin Expert Centre, patient safety and product integrity are our top priorities. For this reason, we do not accept returns on any skin care products. However, we are happy to offer exchanges under the conditions below.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are allowed when:

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

The exchange request is made within 14 days of purchase

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided
Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot exchange:

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days. We will exchange it at no additional cost.
How to Request an Exchange
To start an exchange, contact us at recption@skincancerandmohsurgery.com or call 06 9681468 with your receipt details. Bring or send the product back in its original condition for processing.
